Charles Vincent Kaluwasha, also known as "Uncle Charles", is a Master of Clinical Nursing and a multifaceted entrepreneur who has worked in Zambia, New Zealand, and Australia. He is the founder of C J Investments Pty Ltd and co-founder of PBEC, an IT global funding organisation. Charles provides real estate education and has created platforms to help investors, emphasising sales and marketing strategies for small business owners. Recognised for his leadership with multiple awards, including an Outstanding Leadership Award in 2023, he has authored three books and supports charitable organisations. His latest innovation, the Agrolife app, aims to enhance farming efficiency.
