John Pearson is the Founder and CEO of Home Shored Services, the Australian governance framework built for the reality that hybrid work redistributes employer liability rather than reducing it. Under the WHS Act 2020 (WA), every worker's home is a workplace — and most organisations are relying on self-assessments that won't survive a notifiable incident.
Drawing on a career across industrial electrical, instrumentation, and ISO auditing, John designed the HSS framework to bridge policy intent and verified conditions. The model gives employers/PCBUs, insurers, and regulators evidence-grade assurance over high-consequence hazards in environments the employer doesn't control.
