At the end of the season, CEO Rankings announces the winners based on the number of Points. These Points are made up of two components:

  • Votes: Friends, employees, business partners, or organizations may cast a vote to support one of the nominees. Voting is limited to one vote per nominee per 12-month period.
  • Performance: Based on the provided information, CEOs verify performances, and each verification yields a specific number of points.
