Capt. Dr. Pradeep Singh is the Founder and Chairman of Aethon Group and Karma Developers, with businesses spanning maritime risk management, real estate, technology and investments. A Master Mariner who became a ship’s captain at 27, he founded Aethon Marine in 2010 after a career at sea and in maritime leadership. He has since expanded into real estate through Karma Developers, guided by a vision of making luxury living more accessible. Across his businesses, he focuses on building lasting value while improving maritime safety and creating places designed around people.
