Shamila Gopalan is an entrepreneur and a corporate leader and has built businesses independently and in Fortune 500 firms globally for 25 years across 3 continents.
She has built two businesses, exited one and is now on her 3rd and 4th venture, HerWit, and Mechanics of Scale, as she continues her journey of being an entrepreneur with a purpose.
Being passionate about pushing the envelope for equality, diversity and inclusion, she launched HerWit, a profit-for-purpose venture, empowering ambitious female founders to launch and grow their businesses and Mechanics of Scale, working exclusively with purposeful businesses with a strong focus on underrepresented founders.
