Carmit (Camille) Oron is a partnership builder and CEO working at the intersection of sustainability, climate, and agriculture. With over 25 years of leadership experience, first in finance and insurance and now in climate-agtech, she leads Salicrop, a company using non-GMO seed enhancement to help farmers grow more with less under heat and salinity stress.
Her work focuses on measurable impact—linking yield uplift, stand establishment, and improved water productivity to concrete ESG outcomes and farmer profitability.
She is also a long-time mentor and ecosystem builder, co-founding networks such as WMN and Women of Agrifood Nation and supporting peers and founders throughout their leadership journeys.
