Armin Blassnig ist Co-Founder und CEO der upgr8 GmbH, einer auf Strategie-, Führungs- und Organisationsentwicklung spezialisierten Beratung. Er begleitet Vorstände, CEOs und Führungsteams bei der nachhaltigen Ausrichtung ihrer Organisationen – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Co-Creation, kollektive Intelligenz und die sinnvolle Integration von KI in Entscheidungs- und Steuerungsprozesse.
Nach langjähriger Management- und Beratungserfahrung in komplexen Konzern- und Mittelstandsstrukturen gründete Blassnig upgr8 mit dem Anspruch, Strategie nicht nur zu formulieren, sondern wirksam umzusetzen.
