Bio
Sirar Salih is the founder and CEO of Wintry Tech AS, a Norwegian technology consultancy company. He is also a software engineer with a master's degree in Information and Communication Technology, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Programming is his passion. Through his career, he has come to learn that effective communication is an essential part of his work and that too has become a passion of his. His mantra is; placing the end-user at the forefront of development. He loves delivering value.
