Norbert is a CEO of a Hungarian family-owned precision machining company, actively involved not only in strategic leadership but also in day-to-day production planning and operations. He leads a team of nearly 30 manufacturing professionals while driving the company’s long-term development.
His key focus areas include increasing production efficiency, improving shopfloor transparency, and developing sales and marketing capabilities within a highly engineering-driven organization.
A hands-on leader who bridges strategy and execution, his goal is to build a stable, scalable, and competitive manufacturing company for the long term.
