Yassir Pasha is the visionary Co-Founder & CEO of Simpaisa and Founder of Tapmad, with over 15 years of leadership in finance and technology. Formerly VP of Fixed Income Derivatives at Morgan Stanley and Portfolio Manager at Credaris and Cologico Capital, he brings deep expertise in financial markets and strategy.

Seeing a critical gap in Pakistan’s digital payment landscape, Yassir founded Simpaisa and scaled it into a market-leading payment processor, now handling $1B+ in transactions annually across Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Under his leadership, Simpaisa has set new benchmarks in compliance, efficiency, and frontier fintech innovation.
