The founder of BRIDGE IN created the company to support startups expanding into Portugal by establishing tech hubs and hiring local talent, offering streamlined soft-landing and business relocation services. With 18 years of experience in leading and scaling tech businesses, he brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, digital product development, and managing distributed teams. His career includes executive roles at Xpand IT, Devoteam, Capgemini, and ESW Capital. Beyond the corporate world, he has also served as a startup advisor, professional trainer, and university lecturer for seven years. Today, through BRIDGE IN and his mentorship at the Founder Institute, he helps global companies succeed within Portugal
