Matthias accompanies organizations on their journey into the future. He is passionate about new forms of leadership, strategy, and organization and is convinced that if organizations can be shaped in a way that people are willing to fully engage, we need not worry about the future.
In his consulting approach, Matthias combines a systemic understanding of organizations with over twenty years of leadership and management experience in a major bank and international business consulting. As a Ph.D. in business education, his special focus lies on issues of corporate leadership, board efficiency, strategy development and experiential intervention formats.
Before founding HRpepper, Matthias worked as a banker, education manager, management consul
