Mr. Maher Qubain, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TelAir Group, is a seasoned wireless executive with an internationally recognized track record. Mr. Qubain has over thirty-year background in high-growth domestic and international wireless telecommunications and ICT executive level management with Airtouch/Vodafone, AT&T wireless, BellSouth and Ericsson in North & Latin America, Africa, Korea & Malaysia. He held various positions throughout his distinguished career from CEO of Starcomms Plc. (the first publicly listed mobile operator in Nigeria), CTO of Ericsson in Brazil, to Director of Engineering at AT&T Wireless in Southern California. He has been an early pioneer in digital convergence and worked with the world renowned scientist and pioneer Dr. William “Bill” Lee.
