Loretta Dignam is a midlife entrepreneur and menopause trailblazer, named in the Forbes Global Top 50 Over 50 List 2025, A leading expert, advocate, and free-HRT campaigner, she is the founder of The Menopause Hub, Ireland’s first dedicated menopause clinic, following a successful C-suite career in the corporate sector.
Through The Menopause Hub Academy, Loretta partners with employers to build menopause-inclusive workplaces through education, training, and accreditation—helping organisations retain valuable female talent and reduce legislative risk.
A recognised voice in women’s health, equality, and workplace wellbeing, Loretta is also an influential public speaker, driving global change.
