Laeticia BALOU is the CEO and founder of LB Global – Consulting, a strategy and organizational advisory firm serving businesses and investors across Africa. With 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, financial control, and banking (BNP CIB, AXA, GE Capital), she supports companies in performance management, fundraising, market research, and business restructuring. She advises a wide range of clients—from startups to large corporations—across sectors such as health, agriculture, environment, and finance. Her firm operates internationally, with projects in Francophone and Anglophone Africa, as well as France, Haiti, and the United States. LB Global relies on a committed, multi-skilled team spread across Africa and Europe, built on a model of long-term collaboration and growth.
