With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Occupational Risk Management, I currently serve as Group CEO of IRCA Global — a leading provider of risk management solutions across multiple industries. My journey began in 2008, and since then, I’ve grown through the ranks by combining deep industry knowledge with strategic foresight and a people-first leadership approach.
I specialize in designing and executing enterprise-wide risk management strategies, aligning safety performance with business goals, and driving continuous improvement across complex environments. Under my leadership, IRCA Global continues to expand its global footprint while staying committed to innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.
