Ineke Kooistra is a European business leader, executive advisor, and former CEO with more than 25 years of experience in staffing, technology services, and organizational transformation. She is known for combining commercial growth with strong people leadership, helping companies simplify complexity, accelerate execution, and scale sustainably.
As former CEO of YoungCapital, one of the Netherlands’ leading staffing and HR technology companies, she played a key role in scaling the business from approximately €60 million to more than €600 million in revenue. She later became Group CEO of Circle8Group, an international technology and consulting organization operating across Europe with more than €1.3 billion in revenue.
