He has a major expertise in crisis management proven by experience in numerous major events: the Covid health and logistics crisis, the 2015 terrorist attacks in France, the fire at Notre-Dame in 2019. He organizes exercises abroad for Civil Protection organisations and advises governments to implement crisis management and operational centers.
