Bio

Damian has been with The Management Trust since August 2018. During his tenure the Desert Division has seen significant growth of 113% in the number of community associations managed. We attribute this growth to his focus on driving engagement with our employee owners and clients which has resulted in building a strong team and has had a significant impact on both employee and client retention. His professional achievements include 18 years in Hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company predominantly in Food and Beverage working at properties across the U.S. and Middle East. He opened five Ritz-Carlton Hotels across the U.S. and opened the luxury brand’s resort in the Dutch Caribbean. He has achieved many awards including DEPA Hotelier of the year award in the Middle East.
