Charlotte Pedersen is a Committee Chair, Board Member, and Senior Independent Director with broad experience across FTSE 250 companies and private equity portfolio businesses.
She leads her own advisory practice, working with private equity clients and global partners to deliver growth, strengthen governance, and create long-term value.
Previously, she built a luxury VVIP helicopter company into a global leader and, as COO, helped transform a regional aviation business into the world’s second-largest private aviation group.
A former military pilot and officer with 17 years of Search and Rescue service, she brings resilience, strategic insight, and a people-first leadership style to every role.
