He is William Aguilar “Billie” to his community CEO and founder of MIGRATBANK, a fintech dedicated to expanding financial access for migrants, entrepreneurs, SMEs and underserved rural communities. With more than 17 years of experience in finance and international academic training, he leads with unwavering ethics, transparency and a firm commitment to justice in digital innovation. Recognized for his resilient entrepreneurship and diplomatic engagement, he connects the public and private sectors to design sustainable and responsible solutions. He currently leads the effort to advance digital, financial and social inclusion across the Spanish-speaking community of the Americas and the Caribbean, building bridges of dialogue, learning and GOVTECH governance.
