Baraa Oubessi, CEO and co-founder of Compass International, plays a pivotal role in crafting the company's strategy and expanding its business footprint in the UAE. With over 15 years of IT industry experience, Baraa began his career at the Al Majid Group in Dubai, where he gained significant exposure across multiple sectors, including retail, automotive, and hospitality, building expertise in programming, business analysis, and project management. He later joined Dubai World, where he supported major implementations of Oracle E-Business Suite for Dubai Ports World, Dubai Customs, and Jebel Ali Free Zone. Under his leadership, Compass International has established itself as a competitive software provider, delivering a scalable alternative to leading ERP Providers in the Region
