Navy Officer - Naval School in 1987. Specialist in Construction Management – Title awarded by the Order of Engineers in 2009. Postgraduate degree in Management for Executives at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics in 2013. Member Advisor of the Order of Engineers in 2024.
President of the Board of Directors of the Southern Region, in the 2023/2025 and 2025/2028 terms, and Member of the National Board of Directors. Member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Region in 2019/2022. Member of the National Council of the College of Civil Engineering 2016/2019. Coordinator of the Executive Committee of the Specialization in Construction Management 2010/2023 and 2013/2016.
