Dr. Xuan Bach Hoang is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and business strategist with over 20 years of international experience in IT leadership and digital innovation. He holds a PhD in Information Technology from Southern Federal University (Russia) and has served in key roles including CTO, Product Manager, IT Consultant, and Business Development Director. He is the Founder and CEO of Robomain INC. in Canada. Dr. Hoang is also the Founder and President of the Vietnamese Canadian IT Professional Association (VICAIT), promoting cross-border technology collaboration and leadership.
