Shuvam Pandey is the industrialist and systems architect based in the Greater Kolkata Area and he is also designated as CEO of Iconic Denim®, a direct-to-consumer brand building a globally relevant standard for premium denim from India.
Recognized under the Startup India, and a 40 Under 40 Influential Leader, he leads the company’s strategy, product, and brand positioning with a focus on quality, accessibility, and consumer trust.
Under his leadership, the company is expanding beyond a single brand into a luxury-focused brand house, aiming to build multiple consumer-led labels with global relevance.
He is also involved in social initiatives, including education volunteering and community support efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
