Shivani Chetty is a South African born tech entrepreneur of Indian descent, start-up founder and business coach.
Currently she is in the Netherlands, setting up the European branch of her event tech company EventMate and launching an innovative digital marketing agency that caters exclusively to tech startups.
She lived in Asia for a year and a half, looking at how to set up development and customer service teams in India.
Her dream is to create low-cost apps that help small and informal businesses, in second world developing countries, to grow and turn a profit, that helps them in turn to grow and feed their families and communities.
