Bio
Sarah Kerroumi is the Secretary General of Ynna Holding, one of Morocco’s largest and most diversified industrial groups, employing over 20,000 people across multiple sectors.
Appointed in 2013, she has since led the Group’s restructuring, organizational transformation, and digital transition, while strengthening governance and strategic growth.She also drives Ynna Holding’s green energy transition.
A strong advocate for gender inclusion, she has implemented policies resulting in over 41% of leadership positions being held by women.
Her leadership and vision have earned her multiple distinctions, including the “Women Leaders of Morocco” trophy, the “Young Manager of the Year” award, and her inclusion in the Choiseul 100 Africa ranking of the most influential young African leaders.
