Roland is the founder of avoided.io, a chargeback and fraud management platform built for eCommerce and online businesses. He works closely with merchants to help them identify issues early through pre-chargeback alerts and automated workflows, reducing disputes before they turn into chargebacks. After seeing how much operational time and revenue are lost to reactive dispute handling, he built avoided.io to make the process calmer, clearer, and more predictable for growing businesses.
