With three decades of clinical experience in anaesthesiology and over twenty-two years leading and
managing healthcare organizations, Dr Hammoud is a Senior Executive Physician with distinguished career
features that spans from planning, design, commissioning, licensing and accreditating healthcare systems till Operations.
She excels in integrated hospital governance, operational excellence, risk management, performance
improvement and healthcare digitalization consistently meeting international
benchmarks such as JCI accreditation. Her strengths include building capacity, enhancing clinical and
administrative performance, managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and possessing deep knowledge of
the regulatory frameworks in European, American, and MENA systems.
