Pinagare Mogodi is a South African entrepreneur, mining executive, and CEO of MAB Group (Matsapa-A-Botshelo), a multi-sector company operating in mining, energy, construction, WiFi Connectivity , and export. He built the billion-rand enterprise from humble beginnings, navigating one of the world’s most capital-intensive and highly regulated industries with a governance-driven and systems-focused approach. Known for structuring complex coal, chrome, and energy transactions, he has positioned MAB as a credible player in global commodity markets. Beyond business, he is committed to economic empowerment, job creation, and building sustainable African industrial capacity.
