Founder and President of BIOTECH AUSTRIA, serves as Chairman of ARTCLINE GmbH, Non-Executive Director of Shield
Therapeutics plc, and co-founded invIOs, a company developing innovative cancer
immunotherapies, including treatments for brain tumors (glioblastoma). Previously, he led the
restructuring and successful sale of Apeiron Biologics to a U.S. pharmaceutical group. Peter
has been recognized as a Fellow of the London Institute for Banking and Finance for his
contributions to global finance
