Bio
Nina Alag Suri, an entrepreneur with an engineering background, started her entrepreneurship journey in her mid-20s with just $1000 in her garage. She left a secure tech job and turned her first company from a small business, Nastrac Group, into a $20 million global HR consulting firm.
Using her engineering skills, Nina shifted to tech with X0PA AI. She wanted to make human processes more objective by combining human elements with data and AI. X0PA became the first HRTech platform to get ethical AI certification, ensuring fair hiring.
