Bio
Michelle is a Portuguese national of Indian heritage, who grew up in the Middle East before moving to the UK. She is married to her husband Nathaneal and is one of three. In her spare time, she loves a good HIIT class, salsa dancing and crime novels.
She is CEO at Included and has a demonstrated history of creating and growing a diversity, equity and inclusion consulting practice at Mercer. She works with clients globally to embed DEI into the DNA of their employee value propositions and employee experience. Michelle has been awarded CIO Views Most Influential Woman in D&I, 2023; and European Diversity Awards Diversity Champion of the year, 2022.
