Marcos Resende

Bio

Marcos Resende started working with computers at the age of 15. In 1988 he opened his own computer school and became a leader IT training. In 1994 he created WEBAULA where he promoted distance courses over the internet. In 2002 he sold 50% of WEBAULA S/A. In 2018, WEBAULA S/A became the largest distance learning company in Brazil, training 1 million students daily. In 2019 Marcos sold 100% of WEBAULAS/A to the largest media group in Brazil: Grupo UOL. At this moment Marcos was invited to be the sales channel for UOL Edtech. Marcos opened Zargon and became UOL Edtech's biggest sales channel. Today Marcos is dedicated to Zargon and also helps to take care of his father's Farm of Coffee.
