Bio

Louise is the Global CEO of Fuse, Omnicom’s leading sport and entertainment marketing agency, where she has driven transformational growth at the intersection of brand, culture and commerce. Since taking the helm, she has tripled the size of the business to a 450-strong team and expanded Fuse’s presence to 22 regions. Under her leadership, Fuse works with global brands and rightsholders including PepsiCo, Google, Ferrari and The FA. Recognised as a Financial Times Woman of the Year 2024 and a three-times ranked leader on the PRWeek Power 100, Louise is also the founder of the Fertility Futures Project, a UK charity championing greater awareness education and openness around fertility and reproductive health.
