Karin de Groot is Chief Executive Officer of BumaStemra, where she leads the organization representing music creators and publishers in the Netherlands. She is a commercially driven executive with a strong track record in transforming media and creative businesses, previously serving as CEO of ITV Studios Netherlands and Director of Television at Talpa Network. Known for combining strategic vision with people-focused leadership, she has successfully driven growth, digital transformation, and organizational change in complex environments. She is also committed to social impact, having led JINC to expand opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
