With over 15 years of experience-including roles as CIO at major institutions and consultant for large-scale IT projects-he is recognized for his expertise in cloud migration, AI integration, and secure IT architecture.
Julien holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Metz and is fluent in French and English.
