With a passion for strategic leadership Joe has spent over 20 years honing his leadership expertise, through multiple industries and more recently in FM.
Before stepping into their role as CEO, Joe joined Thermatic as the Project Director, then promoted to Operations Director, and before embarking on the role of CEO. These experiences have armed Joe with the a good understanding of the business from many different angles.
