Bio

Jason W. Moreau is Survale’s CEO & Co-Founder, Moreau is Passionate about HR technology improving Candidate Experience, Quality of Hire and Employee Experience. He has over 20 years’ experience building human resource technology products starting with his first company CareerExchange a job board. At CareerExchange customers were asking for a way to manage resumes and following the demand Cytiva Software was born. Here he developed SonicRecruit, SonicOnboard and SonicPerform which were known for their great candidate and employee experience. In 2011 Cytiva was acquired by Taleo (now part of Oracle) and Moreau has carried his vision of great candidate and employee experience into Survale’s Feedback Platform.
