Ivan Tandyo

Bio

Ivan Tandyo founded Navanti Holdings in 2001. He began his business journey through a small step in 2003, in F&B. He diversified his business to Real Estate, acquiring his full estate agent license and established an end to end property investment firm in 2008, which is called Xynergy Realty. This subsidiary of Navanti Holdings has now grown to have 9 offices in a few different countries and moved more than 1.5 billion worth of properties. Xynergy Asset Management division is managing close to 4000 properties in Australia. Currently Navanti Holdings own more than 20 different Business Subsidiaries and committed to launch a few new businesses each year. Ivan launched 11th Space Business Hub in Melbourne & Jakarta in 2019. He is also the founder of n-Foundation non profit organisation.
