Gennaro Lanza is the Chairman of DB Group Holding, the powerhouse behind DB Financial, a premier financial services brand headquartered in ADGM, Abu Dhabi. He also serves as the CEO of DB Investing, a dynamic global trading platform with licensed operations and offices in Dubai (SCA & ESCA licensed), Seychelles (FSA licensed), Cyprus, Malta, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Canada (FINTRAC registered) — with further expansion planned in Latin America and Asia.
Under his leadership, DB Group has earned over 10 international awards, and Gennaro himself has been recognized among the Top 50 CEOs in Financial Markets for 2024. He is also a dedicated mentor, committed to developing talent and scaling global operations with a forward-thinking, results-driven approach.
