Fernando Dusmet Tamayo is the founder and CEO of Carbon Cut Solutions (CCS), a Spanish deeptech company pioneering physical emissions abatement at source for hard-to-decarbonize industries — reducing emissions rather than offsetting them. He is building a certified, auditable decarbonization model combining industrial technology, ISO 14064 measurement, EU regulatory compliance and blockchain-based traceability. A financial professional with over 17 years of experience in advisory, risk and wealth management, he chairs the Control Committee of MAPFRE’s joint-promotion employment pension plans and holds an Executive MBA and IEAF certification. Fernando operates at the intersection of corporate finance, ESG regulation and industrial innovation, structuring scalable ventures built for growth.
