Dr. Menashe John Cohen is a prominent leader in Israel’s legal, business, and international arbitration sectors, known for combining strategic vision with exceptional interpersonal skills. He founded and led Machshavot, Israel’s largest legal-training company, growing it to over 100 employees, training more than 40,000 lawyers, and publishing over 2 million legal books. As President of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (IICA) and a managing partner of significant U.S. real-estate funds, he has consistently built high-performance organizations and executed complex initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
