Catherine Turner has spent nearly 30 years in finance recruitment, long enough to see exactly where the model breaks. She started placing finance professionals on the strength of relationships, not databases. Today she is rebuilding the whole approach as Founder and CEO of SearcHive®, a subscription platform that delivers finance hires in days, with no placement fees. She is also the creator of The CFO Series®, a community of around 5,000 senior finance leaders. Her work is built on a simple belief: that the right hire, found quickly and well, changes everything for a business.
