Women Surge into the CEO Rankings Top 10

The CEO Rankings Top 10 has seen a dynamic shift recently, with two exceptional women breaking into this previously all-male domain. Tracy Carson first disrupted the status quo, securing the 9th position. Now, Natalija Japerte has joined her.

Natalija is a visionary leader and expert in dynamic business development. As the founder and CEO of the International Women's Alliance (IWA), an organization dedicated to empowering women globally through entrepreneurship and collaboration, Japerte's impact is undeniable. Her rise in the rankings pushed Sulaiman Almusallam to 11th place.

This increased representation of women in top leadership positions is an encouraging development, and we anticipate seeing a woman claim the top spot soon.

The Race to the Finish Line

With just three days remaining until the CEO of the Year is announced, the competition intensifies. Farrukh Adeeb currently holds the lead, but Khalid Al Gahtani and Abdulaziz Almasradi are close behind, separated by only a few hundred points. Omar Haddad, a recent frontrunner, has dropped to 4th position. Brian J. Esposito, a consistent high-performer in the CEO Rankings, holds the 5th spot.
