Michael Pope serves as CEO and Chairman at Boxlight Corporation (NASDAQ:BOXL), a global leader of interactive solutions for education and business under its multi-award winning brands Mimio and Clevertouch. Mr. Pope has led Boxlight through nine acquisitions from 2016 to 2020 and a Nasdaq IPO in Nov 2017. He served as President at Boxlight since Jul 2015, and was recently appointed as CEO and Chairman in Mar 2020. Under Mr. Pope’s leadership as CEO, the company raised over $70 million in debt and equity, and in Sep 2020, acquired Sahara Presentation Systems for approximately $95 million.
