Mark Davidson has seen through decades of change to his wine business. The changes have been relentless and profound; but he is as motivated and driven today as he ever was. A small DtC wine business he started in the Hunter Valley is now an expanding winemaker across 2 great NSW wine regions. Like grapes, as he has been known to say, when you are green you grow and when ripe you rot. There is still no sign of rot; quite the contrary; now the largest organic winemaker in the country and setting up for further expansion in domestic and international markets. A first vintage of 20,000 bottles could soon be10 million.
