Eng. Joseph KAYIBANDA is a holder of Master’s Degree from Washington International University, USA and holds a degree in Electro-mechanical engineering from the University of Rwanda. He is a results-driven executive with 29 years of progressive experience in business, exceptional leadership, change management and complex problem solving. He holds proven skills in operations oversight, policy development and process improvements. He is a high-achieving senior executive with expertise in business planning, revenue development and change management.
