Hatem Bamatraf is a seasoned telecom executive with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. With a combined experience of technology operations and enterprise business development, he has strong international exposure through involvement in a number of telecom companies around the region. He was nominated as CTO of the year in 2017 and was also selected as 40 under 40 telecom executive in 2011. He is an INSEAD executive business school graduate. Hatem Bamatraf is currently the President and Group CEO for PTCL Group (PTCL & Ufone), which is Pakistan’s leading ICT services provider.
