Bio

Joining the HUB International team in 1993, Chet Rhoads worked his way through the ranks before taking the top leadership role in 2021. As president and CEO of HUB's regional headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, Chet has led successful M&A campaigns and earned two consecutive CEO of the Year nominations as well as two Best Places to Work designations. Passionate about protecting employers’ current and emerging risks, Chet has extensive experience in procuring difficult insurance placements and enterprise risk management. Chet is known for his expertise in consolidating risk pools nationally, school consortiums/trusts, alternative funding and workforce management strategies.
